14 päivän peruuttamisoikeutesi
Sinulla on 14 päivän peruuttamisaika tilauksen vastaanottamisesta peruuttaa ostoksesi ilman syytä ja ilman seuraamuksia, EU-direktiivin 2023/2673 ja maassasi sovellettavien kuluttajansuojalakien mukaisesti.
Miten käyttää peruuttamisoikeutta
Täytä alla oleva lomake. Saat sähköpostitse automaattisen vahvistuksen, kun pyyntösi on rekisteröity. Hyvitys käsitellään ostokseesi sovellettavan laillisen määräajan kuluessa.
Milloin peruuttamisoikeutta ei voi käyttää
EU-direktiivi 2011/83/EU luettelee useita tavaroiden ja palveluiden ryhmiä, jotka on jätetty 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeuden ulkopuolelle. Alla olevat osiot kattavat tapaukset, jotka voivat koskea tätä kauppaa — poista ne, joita et myy.
Tilaustyöt, pilaantuvat tuotteet, hygieniasinetillä suljetut tai sinetoidut mediatuotteet
Tilausten mukaan valmistetut tai selkeästi personoidut tavarat, nopeasti pilaantuvat tai vanhentuvat tavarat (pilaantuvat tuotteet), hygienia- tai terveydensuojan vuoksi sinetoidyt tavarat, jotka on avattu toimituksen jälkeen, sekä sinetoidyt ääni-, video- tai ohjelmistotallenteen, jotka on avattu toimituksen jälkeen, on jätetty peruuttamisoikeuden ulkopuolelle — direktiivin 2011/83/EU 16 artiklan a, c, d, e ja i kohdan mukaisesti.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
